Biography

Carmen A. Otubusin is a Paralegal and the Office Administrator at the law firm of Otubusin &
Otubusin.

Carmen is experienced in the following areas of law: personal injuries, medical malpractice,
commercial litigation, bankruptcy, criminal law, divorce, real estate and wills and estates.
More specifically, she conducts the initial client interview and intake. She drafts motions and
affidavits, files pleadings at both federal and state courts, engages in trial preparation,
appears on behalf of the attorney for court calls not requiring the attorney’s presence, and
collects on the law firm’s outstanding client accounts.

Carmen received her B.A. degree in Theater from Columbia College Chicago, her Master of
Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stuart School of Business of the Illinois Institute
of Technology her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law of the Illinois
Institute of Technology.”
